I'm very pleased with this purchase. The mattress pad fits my thick mattress with room to spare. The low setting is warm enough for the cool, rainy nights we've had recently. I turned it up to 4 on the low-to-10 setting, and it was as warm as the "high" setting was on my previous pad (also a Sunbeam).

The plug-in is on the top of the mattress pad, not the end, which wasn't clear from the description. I though this might be a problem, but for me, it hasn't been, although I'm very tall. For someone who likes to have their feet near the bottom of the mattress, it might be inconvenient.

The controls are large and easy to use. Very nice product overall.
