Very tight, April 5, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Black Premium Futon Cover - Full Size (Kitchen) The description says it will fit a full-size mattress up to 9" thick, after I washed it (in cold water) & hung it up to dry we (it took 2 of us) tried to put it on our 8" thick futon mattress and at first, we did not think it would fit. After a lot of stretching/squeezing it finally did zip closed but it is very hard to fold the futon into the sitting position with it on & I do not look forward to having to take it off to wash it again because it will be as much of a struggle to get it back on.

The only con: delivery was a bit longer than I would like.
But I TRULY RECOMEND THIS ITEM.
